1. Our Services

Phone Reservations LLC provides phone-based reservation assistance for hotel stays ("Hotel Reservation Assistance") and cruise parking near major U.S. cruise ports ("Cruise Parking Reservations"). Our agents help you review available options and complete a reservation by phone.

2. Independent Agency

Phone Reservations LLC is an independent reservation assistance service. We are not the official website, front desk, reservations line, or representative of any hotel brand, cruise line, cruise port authority, or parking facility, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them unless expressly stated.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee 24/7 availability, the lowest possible price, or guaranteed availability of any hotel room or parking space. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Availability, rates, and facility policies are set by the hotel, cruise line, or parking facility and can change without notice.

4. Payment

For Hotel Reservation Assistance, your agent will explain the applicable payment terms at the time of booking; typically, a portion of the total stay is collected when the reservation is made, with the remaining balance paid directly to the hotel at check-in. For Cruise Parking Reservations, payment terms are set by the parking facility and will be explained by your agent at the time of booking, as they can vary by location.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Cancellation and change policies vary by hotel, cruise line, and parking facility, and by the specific terms provided to you at the time of booking. Please refer to the confirmation details you receive, or contact us, for guidance on changing or cancelling a reservation.

6. Communications

If you provide your phone number, we may contact you regarding your reservation inquiry by phone, email, or text message. Text message communications are governed separately by our SMS Terms, including how to opt in and opt out.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phone Reservations LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including changes in availability, pricing, or facility policies made by third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Phone Reservations LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
